Giving Thanks To Some Cool Companies
We are on our way to good things!
To give thanks is part of the process.
If you’re looking for some hopeful news about global warming, look no further than WWF’s “Climate Savers” companies. By 2010, these 15 major international companies will collectively cut their carbon emissions by some 13 million tons annually — the equivalent of taking more than 3 million cars off the road every year.
Climate Savers companies have partnered with WWF to establish ambitious targets to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions voluntarily. They include some of the biggest and best known companies on the planet, including Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Nike, Nokia and Sony.
